Our vision is to establish Niagara as a vibrant hub for film and media production, attracting medium-sized productions, supporting emerging creators, and fostering a sustainable creative workforce. By combining professional studio infrastructure with youth-focused education, we aim to grow both the cultural and economic impact of the film industry in the region.

STANDING SETS
Standing sets provide productions with instant access to highly sought-after environments like hospitals and police stations, which are notoriously difficult and costly to secure on location due to privacy, safety, and operational restrictions. By offering these sets in a controlled, affordable studio environment, we remove major barriers for low- and mid-budget productions while ensuring professional quality and efficiency.
Post-Production Suites
State-of-the-art post-production suites will allow filmmakers to complete every stage of their project—from editing to sound design to color correction—without leaving the region. These facilities ensure productions can achieve broadcast and theatrical quality while staying on budget.
Training & Classroom SPACES
Dedicated training spaces and classrooms will serve as a hub for hands-on learning, workshops, and industry certification programs. By integrating education directly into the studio environment, students and emerging creators gain invaluable experience working alongside professionals.
As the home of our Films for Youth Programs, the studio will also provide immersive, hands-on training for young people interested in careers in film and television. Students will learn directly within a professional production environment, gaining practical experience in writing, directing, cinematography, editing, and set design. This unique approach bridges the gap between education and industry, ensuring that Niagara’s next generation of creators are career-ready.
Full Production Support
Our facility will provide everything a production needs under one roof, including professional gear rentals, edit suites, and access to trained crew. This “all-in-one” approach eliminates costly logistics and ensures seamless workflow from pre-production to final delivery.
Creator Incubator
The Creator Incubator will nurture emerging talent by offering mentorship, workspace, and access to industry resources. This program creates a pathway for new voices to develop and launch their projects in a supportive, professional environment.
Creative Community Gathering Spaces
