Scene Study Class – Terms and Conditions

 

 

By registering for a Scene Study Class with Jarico Films, you agree to the following terms:

Registration & Payment

• Your spot is only confirmed once full payment ($35 per class) is received.

• Payments are non-transferable and apply only to the date(s) selected at the time of registration.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your class will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable, as we reserve space and prep materials based on confirmed participants.

 

Participation & Conduct

• Participants are expected to arrive on time and be respectful of fellow actors, instructors, and the rehearsal space.

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

 

Safety & Liability

• You participate at your own risk. Jarico Films and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the class.

• If you have any medical conditions or accessibility needs, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you.

 

Media Release

• By attending, you grant permission for photos and video taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes.

• If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let us know in writing before the class.

 

Instructor Changes

• While we aim to keep consistency, instructors may change due to scheduling or availability. We promise the same high-quality experience regardless of instructor.
